Mauricio graduated from Industrial Engineering in Colombia and started his career as a management consultant. After that, he did his MBA at Columbia Business School and return to work in Colombia with McKinsey & Company. After that, he joined the early team at Clever Leaves, a medical cannabis start-up in Colombia which went public to NASDAQ by the end of 2020.
